Carina Stöttner
Carina Stöttner is a sociologist and media scientist, entrepreneur, and strategic futures thinker. At 27, she founded a think tank, and at 31, her second company, the Futurewise Company. Through it, she supports organizations in gaining orientation in times of uncertainty and change — and in unlocking new business opportunities from this. She gained experience in the innovation department of an airline and at several media and futures agencies.
Her work is driven by a constant curiosity for new insights. As a speaker and author, she regularly makes her findings accessible to a broad audience.
Jan David Ott
Jan David Ott studied law, history, and Romance studies, and spent several years abroad – in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, among other places.
As former managing director of a Hamburg-based call center and head of the Moscow office of the German-Russian Forum at the German Embassy, he is used to combining entrepreneurial practice with experience at the interface of politics and business. Since 2021, he has been working in corporate foresight, complemented by training as an intercultural mediator as well as a coach, trainer, and change manager.
He supports supervisory boards, executive boards, and executives in not merely discussing the future, but actively leading change – consistently focusing on long-term, sustainable decisions under uncertain future conditions.

Felix Tegeler
With an academic background in information systems and more than 15 years of experience in global foresight and trend research, Felix Tegeler works where technology, business, and political transformation intersect. In his projects, he turns complex systemic developments into rigorously built scenarios that give decision-makers clear options for action, even in times of high uncertainty.
Since 2022, he has been living and working location-independently, bringing an ever-sharpening global outside-in perspective directly into his strategic work.
Mathias Behn Bjørnhof
Mathias is a future strategist and the founder of ANTICIPATE, where he helps companies prepare for an uncertain future and translate future scenarios into actionable strategies and transformation initiatives. His work focuses on the intersection of strategy, innovation, and change, helping companies navigate long-term shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
He holds both an MSc in Organizational Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Business, Language & Culture (Spanish) from Copenhagen Business School. In addition, he has completed further education in AI & Prompt Engineering, Change Management, and Behavioral Design.
Pascale Junker
Pascale Junker has 20 years of experience in international development cooperation (including 6 years in Africa), with expertise in forestry and agriculture, sustainable construction, the energy transition, climate change, and strategic planning.
As deputy director of the Spatial Planning Authority (2017–2020), she led the foresight process for the Luxembourg Spatial Master Plan by 2050. From 2021 to 2024, she established Luxembourg Strategy, the Luxembourg government’s first strategic foresight directorate.
She holds two master’s degrees (SOAS London, Trinity College Dublin). She runs Pascale Junker Foresight – All that Matters.
